Methodology
Below are the steps we will undertake to find the best BDMs in Australia. Since this is an independent awarding event with no sponsors, we assure you that there is no favoritism here. Anyone can win!
Phase 1 | Confirmation

All BDMs are automatically included in the candidate list that users may choose from. To further express their interest and ensure that all their details are correct, BDMs who would like to join the competition should update their information.

Meanwhile, BDMs who do not wish to participate and be voted must confirm that they would like to opt out of the event. BDMs may confirm their choice in the section above. The voting period starts once we have determined the roster of BDMs who have confirmed.
Phase 2 | Start of Voting Period

Registered Brokerpedia users are asked to nominate BDMs they want to recognize. They will evaluate the BDMs based on responsiveness, accuracy, service, and overall rating.

Users may vote for up to five BDMs. Submissions are free of charges
Phase 3 | End of Voting Period

Brokerpedia will announce the end of the voting period. Once it ends, no more votes will be accepted.
Phase 4 | Assessment

Based on the points provided by the users, the nominees will be ranked automatically. A software will be used for this. However, Brokerpedia reserves the right to further evaluate nominees should the electronic assessment not suffice.
Phase 5 | Awarding

The selected winners will be notified by Brokerpedia. Because of this, BDMs are advised to keep their information updated on the Brokerpedia database. Winners and awardees will be posted on the Brokerpedia National BDM Excellence Awards page and contacted via email.

  • The entire event will be held virtually.
  • No, a user may only vote for a single BDM once. Should a user vote again, it should be another BDM already.
  • BDMs are automatically included in the candidate list unless they decide to opt out of the event.
  • Brokers and BDMs registered to Brokerpedia may vote.
  • Yes, BDMs are allowed to vote for themselves. They may also vote for other BDMs.
  • Participating in the event, including confirmation, voting, and receiving the award, is free of charge.
  • BDMs may use their awards for marketing purposes (e.g., including the award on their email signature and website). Brokerpedia will also send a physical trophy. Additional services may be provided upon discussion between Brokerpedia and the winner or awardee.
  • Brokerpedia will send the trophies to the addresses provided by the winners and awardees. Hence, their information should be updated.
