When we launched these awards three years ago, our goal was simple: to create a truly broker-driven recognition platform. Unlike other industry awards, the winners are chosen entirely by votes from brokers and fellow BDMs, ensuring that those who receive this honor have earned the trust and respect of their peers. Today, this event has grown into one of the most anticipated industry recognitions, highlighting the BDMs who make a real impact.
