Reflecting on her consistent top ranking, Tes remains humbled. "I strive to do my best for people, and I’m thankful they recognize the work I do," she shares. For two years in a row, brokers have voted her as one of the top BDMs in the country, and the recognition she has received reflects the profound relationships she has built in the industry.

"I’ve overcome these struggles through faith, and my network of friends has been my strength."
