Reflecting on her consistent top ranking, Tes remains humbled. "I strive to do my best for people, and I’m thankful they recognize the work I do," she shares. For two years in a row, brokers have voted her as one of the top BDMs in the country, and the recognition she has received reflects the profound relationships she has built in the industry.

She credits her strong faith and supportive network of friends. “It’s comforting to know that God is on our side all the time, even when we face challenges,” Tes says. "I’ve overcome these struggles through faith, and my network of friends has been my strength."
